It's unbelievable to think that Alice is 58 years of age as he strides on stage still looking like it's 1972. Long black hair, slim figure clad in leather trousers - every inch the Rock'N'Roll dude of yesteryear.
This is like a greatest hits package as he enters with 'No more Mr nice guy' and 'Billion dollar babies', which sets the tone for tonight's proceedings. It's one anthem after another, but there are a few surprises in store, such as the slow tear jerker ' I never cry', showcasing Mr Cooper's sensitive side.

Also present is a selection from the mid 70s masterpiece 'Welcome to my nightmare' album. Tracks such as 'Only women bleed' , 'Devil's food' and 'Black widow' are given a visual extravaganza.
But it's not all nostalgia.
A couple of tracks from current album ' Dirty diamonds', is a reminder that he gamely tries to keep up to date with current wannabes.

Mr Cooper encores with the classic 'School's out', dressed in white top'n tails, hat and all the accessories that make the Alice Cooper experience such a delight.
The guillotine, straight jackets and snakes....all done with a sly sense of humour.
Marilyn Manson eat your heart out.
